Reviews about Brad Matthew Jewelers

I’m incredibly late writing this review but my experience purchasing an engagement ring was nothing short of excellent. Making a big purchase from outside the state, the level of personal service I received could never be matched anywhere else. I’ll always come to Brad Matthews for future purchases.

Rather dissatisfied with the service I've received so far as my concerns have been overall dismissed and the solution seems to be to throw additional money at the problem. While I've heard nothing but good things previously from this jeweler I feel I have to share this ongoing experience. Condensation was getting in on the inside of the watch. Brought the watch in for repair, was informed I needed new gaskets and an overhaul. Work was completed and the watch was returned to me. Condensation still getting inside the watch AND it now loses about 2 minutes an hour (kept perfect time for weeks on end before). Brought watch back and was told water is getting in through the crown. Was told a generic crown would be put on the watch and I would get the original crown back. Do not really understand what happened but I just got my watch back and nothing else. Tried wearing the watch over the weekend, minute hand gets stuck when trying to pass the hour hand, spring wound up completely and tension is at it's max and not unwinding. Called to inquire about the problem and the employee literally giggled and said "I don't know what to tell you" which is a fair response. Only option is to bring the watch back in. I'm just dumping money into this 1950's Omega Seamaster that worked perfectly fine aside from the condensation that occurred just before bringing it in. Rather upset about this.
