The very pleasant gentleman in the bike shop looked at it and said he would fix it while I waited. He even removed rust from the metal on the inside of the wheel. I had expected to have to leave it to have it repaired. I was thrilled that he did it immediately because I wanted to finish stacking wood this weekend and I need my cart to do the job. Everyone that I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. I love a store like Highland Hardware & Bike Shop because they have the old fashioned type of service that is hard to find anywhere today!
