  The past few weeks I have gone into your Holyoke Mall store, it has been uncomfortably hot. Your employees are wonderful and I love the store but do not even want to shop due to temperature. It is already hot outside, I want to come in for some relief and browse. I have been told this is a corporate issue, as they control the temps. Well corporate, you probably are in a very cool, air conditioned office! If you want to make sales you need a comfortable atmosphere for your employees and customers. I may be shopping elsewhere for now.

  I come to this place all the time. The employees are fantastic and the prices and savings are all there in one stop shopping. I had the nicest manager assist me who's name was Marka. She made sure that me and my group were well taken care of and even took the time to go get me an item off the shelf when I grabbed the wrong one. Instances like that will keep bringing me in as a regular customer or guest as they like to call their customers. Such an awesome Target.

  Horrible experience at this store! I will NOT be returning ever! First off, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! The store is completely unorganized and the sales associate I dealt with was very rude and unhelpful. I was trying to return an item I ordered online. When the refund price came up incorrect, I told her that wasn’t what I paid for it. She argued with me and refunded me $7.49 instead of $15. I went home and checked my online order and it showed that she returned the wrong item! When I called later to speak with the store manager about my experience and hoping to have their error corrected, she too was extremely rude and unhelpful. If I wanted it fixed, I needed to come back to the store. No thanks, you argued with me, you made me feel like an invalued customer and your store was gross. Keep your $7.50, I will not be returning for any reason!
